Working principle of permanent magnet coupling: It is a device that uses the mutual attraction between the north and south
poles of permanent magnets or the magnetic field attraction between permanent magnets and electromagnetic coils to achieve
non-contact transmission of torque in the air.
Detailed explanation of permanent magnet coupling operation:
1. Permanent magnet generates a magnetic field: The powerful permanent magnet inside the permanent magnet coupling
generates a stable magnetic traction force through its own magnetic field, creating a working environment of active and
passive interaction.
2. The electric coil generates a magnetic field: An electromagnetic coil is installed near the permanent magnet, and when
current is applied, the coil generates a magnetic field.
3. Magnetic field interaction: When the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic coil interacts with the magnetic field
generated by the permanent magnet, a magnetic field attraction interaction occurs.
By adjusting the current of the electromagnetic coil, the strength of the electromagnetic field can be controlled, thereby adjusting
the effect of the attraction of the permanent magnet coupling. This principle has adjustable torque output characteristics and is called
