Due to its similar structure to the economical permanent magnet eddy current flexible transmission coupling (VTX), the standard
permanent magnet eddy current flexible transmission coupling not only has the characteristics of the economical permanent magnet
eddy current flexible transmission coupling, but also has some other features: it can achieve the transmission of different speeds and
torques by adjusting the air gap between the rotors;
Suitable for various shaft diameters and special installation requirements.

working principle:
The main component of the standard permanent magnet eddy current flexible transmission coupling FGC is a permanent magnet rotor
surrounded by a conductor rotor. The permanent magnet rotor and the conductor rotor never come into contact. The relative motion
between them can generate a magnetic field in the conductor, forming strong eddy currents that transmit torque through the air gap
between the permanent magnet rotor and the conductor rotor component.
In addition to the conductor rotor and permanent magnet rotor, the standard permanent magnet eddy
current flexible transmission coupling FGC also has two hubs connected to the motor shaft and load shaft
by a tightening disk. Tightening disc is a compression accessory fastened to the shaft by a huge compression
force, without the need for any keyway or pin for fixation. Like all drive couplings, the standard permanent
magnet eddy current flexible drive coupling FGC can also provide a buffer start.
Product advantage: The standard permanent magnet eddy current flexible transmission coupling FGC provides
a separate buffer start. Because the motor does not need to overcome load inertia, it greatly reduces peak current
and shortens surge duration. This buffering start effect can achieve energy savings and reduce equipment wear and
tear. For many applications, lower peak currents are also beneficial in reducing electricity consumption. At the same
time, the air gap of the coupler can be adjusted during installation to operate the pump, fan, or blower below the
maximum flow rate, achieving significant energy-saving effects according to the centrifuge similarity law.
