working principle:

MOX generally consists of two parts: a permanent magnet rotor and a conductor rotor. There is a variable 

air gap between the permanent magnet rotor and the conductor rotor. When the driving machine drives 

the conductor rotor to rotate, it makes circular motion relative to the permanent magnet installed at the 

driven end to cut the magnetic field lines. This causes the conductor rotor at the driving end to generate 

eddy currents and interact with the magnetic field of the permanent magnet at the driven end, thereby 

achieving non-contact torque transmission between the driving end and the driven end

When the working machine is overloaded or stuck, the air gap between the permanent magnet rotor 

and the conductor rotor rapidly increases until the maximum air gap is reached. The speed of the permanent

 magnet rotor at the working machine end decreases or reaches zero, thereby achieving overload protection 

for the motor. When the overload or stuck working condition is relieved, the position of the permanent magnet

 rotor and the conductor rotor is restored to the original minimum air gap through the recovery mechanism, 

and the machine returns to normal working condition.
